Yes, customer service is good. I ordered the doll as described in the pictures. When I opened the package, the first word that came out of my mouth was “wow”. The doll met my requirements and all options were ordered. The quality of the doll is very good, especially for the price. Cleaning and maintenance are very easy. Please also include a cloth set with the doll.
