Yes, wonderful customer service! Great product! The vaginal opening is neither too tight nor too loose. This might be a downside for some, but since you can control how much fun you have, you should be able to handle it just fine. The anal opening is narrower than you think. Both holes have a slightly ribbed texture on the inside, so you might like them. I have a Fleshlight, but honestly, this device is much better because it has more options, all subtly condensed for your enjoyment.
